ORDER
The grounds raised by the petitioner challenging the proceedings in C.C.No.2248 of 2017, on the file of the VII Metropolitan Magistrate Court are factual in nature. This Court while exercising his powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., cannot appreciate this factual grounds.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was a motive for the incident alleged and that, no such incident had occurred on that particular date.
3. These are the matter which needs to be established during the course of trial. Hence, I do not find any merits to interfere in the proceedings in C.C.No.2248 of 2017, on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George-Town, Chennai 600 001.

4. In view of the above, the present criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
