The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the docket order dated 08.12.2017 in I.A.No.1396 of 2002 in O.S.No.1503 of 1997 on the file of the District Munsif at Ambattur.

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the docket order passed in I.A.No.1396 of 2002 in O.S.No.1503 of 1997 dated 08.12.2017 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ambattur. 1/4
2. This Civil Revision Petition was listed "for admission" on 20.02.2018 and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned by two weeks. Again, the matter was listed on 06.03.2018 "for admission" and on that day, no one was present on behalf of the petitioner and it was adjourned by two weeks. Again, this Civil Revision Petition was listed on 07.08.2020 and on that day also, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Again, it was posted on 28.08.2020 and even on that day, no one was present. Again, the matter was listed on 09.10.2020 and even on that day, there was no representation for the petitioner.
3. Thus, this Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition after 3 years.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 09.04.2021 kv 2/4
