Mr.U.Baranidharan,SGP Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to fix the guideline value for the house sites in the approved layout in MG Avenue Phase II formed in SF No.193/1A1, measuring 1.59 acres of Kakkaveri Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2.According to the petitioner, despite obtaining approval of the layout, the petitioner is unable to register documents in the said layout on account of the non-fixation of guideline value by the first respondent. The petitioner has also filed the recommendation made by the second respondent to the first respondent through his proceedings dated 11.06.2025 requesting the first respondent to fix the guideline value for the property. According to the petitioner, despite the same, till date, the guideline value has not been fixed by the first respondent. Only under those circumstances, this writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

On instructions, he would submit that the first respondent shall fix the guideline value for the subject property, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said undertaking given by the first respondent through the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is recorded by this Court. 4.In terms of the undertaking given by the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to fix the guideline value for the house sites in the petitioner's approved layout in MG Avenue Phase II formed in SF No.193/1A1 measuring 1.59 acres of Kakkaveri Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
