This petition has been filed to direct the learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of M.C.No.335 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has filed M.C.No.335 of 2011 against the respondent, claiming maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and the same is pending before the learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, since 2011.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that this case is pending from the year 2011, the learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of M.C.No.335 of 2011, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
