ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent, to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on a complaint lodged by one Surender in respect of Online Trading, the Inspector of Police, Crime Branch, V4 Rajamangalam Police Station have registered a Crime No.1252 of 2014 on 24.09.2014, under Sections 406, 420, 506(i) IPC against three persons, including this petitioner.
The allegation against this petitioner is that, he and other two accused are partners in an Online Trading Company and they had cheated the defactocomplainant therein. Now this petitioner has given a complaint dated 20.08.2015 to the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Vepery, Chennai, making allegations against his partners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In the considered opinion of this Court, when the matter is seized of in Crime No.1252 of 2014, no fresh directions can be issued to the respondent Police to register an FIR., Hence this Criminal Original is closed.
