This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily Page No.1 of 4
at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3878 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3878 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 is relaxed.
