J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that already the appellant died. The learned counsel would further submit that he has sent letter to the legal representatives of the deceased appellant to take steps. However, the legal representatives have not come forward with the appropriate petition. In view of the above, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
