Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C. against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.12 of 1996 dated 19.04.2002 before the learned Subordinate Judge Court at Tirupattur reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.95 of 1984 dated 25.04.1996 before the learned District Munsif Court at Tirupattur.

J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that already the appellant died. The learned counsel would further submit that he has sent letter to the legal representatives of the deceased appellant to take steps. However, the legal representatives have not come forward with the appropriate petition. In view of the above, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
