O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.08.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 01.08.2015, it is alleged by the petitioner that one Yesupatham represented to him that, he is an advocate and undertook to do his case and received monies on various dates.

4. In the complaint given by the petitioner, he has not given any particulars on dates the monies were handed over to Yesupatham.

Since the complaint does not disclose the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

particulars, no positive direction can be issued to the Police to register an FIR., on the complaint dated 01.08.2015. If the complainant gives a fresh complaint, giving full details of particulars to the respondent Police, the same may be looked into and action taken in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
