Interim stay on condition that the appellant Insurance Company deposits the 50% of the award amount along with accrued interest less the amount already deposited within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the credit of M.C.O.P.No. 3321 of 2007, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, V Judge of Small Causes Court, Chennai, failing which the order of stay passed herein above shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.
