(CRIME.NO.186/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 5(e) imposed on that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.9618/2021 dated 02.06.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt.Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9618 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 269, 270 and 381 of IPC, Sections 53 and 57 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 r/w. Section 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and Section 7 of Tamil Nadu Essential Commodities Act in Crime No.186 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. 5.This petition is ordered.
