ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (1)The petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 28.04.2022 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 9(f), 9(m), 10 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and Section 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.9 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

(2)Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. (3)The Head Master of a School seeks bail in Crime No.9 of 2022 for the aforesaid offences. The petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.04.2022. The victim child is a student, aged 12 years. The statement of the victim child recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has been forwarded by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and it is seen that she had very clearly stated about the occurrence.

(4)Let the final report be filed and let trial be conducted with respect to the allegations. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
