This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2951 of 2024 in Cr.No.6 of 2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four months, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
