The petitioner seeks police protection for fencing the land alleging that when she laid the fence, as per the Court decree, the private respondent damaged the fence. Hence, complaint has been lodged by the petitioner and based on the complaint, case has been registered against them in crime No. 44 of 2023. Apprehending that if they restore the fence, they may be similar attack. 2.
This Court finds force in the above said submission. Hence, the respondent police is directed to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, while fencing the land, as per the Court decree. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
