(CR.NO.14/AC/2013/CC-II) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial court on the first working day of every english calendar month imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 14700 of 2017 in Crl.A.No. 743 of 2017 against C.C.No. 13 of 2013 dated 23.11.2017 on the file of this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKHAR, ADDITIIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14700 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.743 of 2017 dated 23.11.2017 against the C.C.No.13 of 2013 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that from the date of suspension of sentence the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the counsels on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14700 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.743 of 2017 dated 23.11.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is modified. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of alternative months commencing from November 2018.
