CR. NO. 4/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Bail conditions with regard to Directing the petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble High Court by order dated 17.04.2021 in order made in Crl.M.P.No.4795/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.823/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.K.JAYARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4795 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.823 of 2021 on 17.04.2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
