Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order bearing ROC.No.6474/2012/K2 dated 19.01.2013 of the first respondent herein and quash the same insofar relates to the petitioner and refix the seniority of the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant by placing him over and above the second respondent in the cadre of Assistant by reckoning his date of appointment as 31.05.1999 with all consequential benefits such as retrospective promotion, fixation of pay and arrears of pay etc.
