This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case complaint dated 09.09.2015 given by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, a case in Crime No.263 of 2015 under Sections 294(b), 323, 332 IPC., has been registered against this petitioner, on a complaint given by the Block Development Officer. It is alleged in that complaint that, this petitioner had prevented the Government Officials from discharging their duties. As a counter blast, this petitioner has given the present complaint dated 09.09.2015, making allegations against the officials.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent Police to register an FIR., Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
