Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records of the third respondent culminating in the impugned Transfer Certificate bearing Ref.No: AMDECH/TC-01/2014 dated 06.06.2014, quash the same and direct the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the college and permit her to pursue and complete her B.D.S. Course.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to sought for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus and to quash the Order dated 06.06.2014, passed by the third respondent and to direct the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the college and permit her to pursue and complete her B.D.S. Course.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent has filed a memo stating that the fourth respondent has issued Transfer Certificate to the petitioner at the request of the petitioner and that all the documents and certificates were also handed over to the petitioner.

3.Having regard to the fact that petitioner is not continuing in the fourth respondent institution and she has already taken Transfer Certificate from the fourth respondent and now pursuing her course in different institution, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this Writ petition.
