ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1315 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 447, 427, 380 and 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No. 1315 of 2015 no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.1315 of 2015, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks two weeks time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
