ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2024 as per the direction of the 1st respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was granted assignment on 03.11.1987 and thereafter the petitioner is cultivating the land. While the matter stood thus, the fourth respondent is trying to encroach upon the property. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation on 02.01.2024 to the third respondent seeking for verification of the assignment issued to the petitioner, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this 2/4

Court without going into the merits of the case directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fourth respondent and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
