O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.128 of 2017 pending on the file of District Court, Tirupur and transfer the same to the District Court, Tiruvallur.

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer I.D.O.P.No.128 of 2017 pending on the file of District Court, Tirupur to the file of Family Court, Chennai and they have also made endorsements to that effect.

3.Recording the submissions and endorsements made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in I.D.O.P.No.128 of 2017 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of District Court, Tirupur and transferred to the file of Family Court, Chennai. The learned District Judge, Tirupur, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.128 of 2017 to the file of Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
