This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 4(b) of the Crl.O.P.No.29694 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29694 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 is relaxed.
