ORDER

This matter is taken up for hearing through Video-Conferencing. This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Rent Control proceedings, the parties have entered into a joint compromise memo, in and by which, the tenant apart from agreeing to pay increased rent, has also agreed to vacate and handover vacant possession to the landlord on or before 31.12.2023.

2. The said Joint Compromise Memo is recorded, the order of eviction granted by the Appellate Authority is confirmed, granting time to the tenant to vacate and handover vacant possession by 31.12.2023. The tenant shall also abide by the other terms contained in the Joint Memorandum. The undertaking affidavit filed by the tenant is also taken on record.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint 2/4

Compromise Memo. The Joint Compromise Memo and the undertaking affidavit filed by the tenant shall form part of the decree. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
