ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the matter in Crime No.695 of 2015 and to file a final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner with regard to missing of a "car" (Tata Sumo) bearing registration No.TN20-BJ 9821, a case in Crime No.695 of 2015 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.
4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
expeditiously as possible. If the respondent-Police is not able to trace and recover the "car", they may issue a non-traceable certificate to the owner, so that he can approach the Insurance Company, if so advised.
