ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the award passed in I.D.No.124/02 dated 30.04.2009 on the file of the 1st respondent quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner Society is willing to settle the matter by making payment of the remaining 25% of the back wages to the second respondent as per the award passed by the labour Court.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent agreed for the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is directed to settle the 25% of back wages to the second respondent along with other retirement benefits which includes gratuity and leave salary within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
