When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned as CSR.No.82 of 2024 and the petition enquiry is pending.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
