By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of her representation dated 29.08.2016 seeking removal of wrongful inclusion of names in the Revenue records pertaining to the lands comprised in Survey Nos.422/8&5, 424/11, 437/1, 437/3, 514/1, 514/6, 519/2 & 565/3 measuring to an extent of Ac.1.60, 0.57, Ac.0.18, Ac.0.72, Ac.01.29, Ac.0.23, Ac.0.34, Ac.0.24, Ac.01.12 cents, in all measuring to an extent of Ac.5.75 cents, situated in Ponneri Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District after surveying the said lands by conducting a full fledged and a detailed enquiry, within a time frame.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 29.08.2016 claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the fourth respondent, submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and
having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
