ORDER

The contention of the petitioner herein is that fencing put up by him to protect his property with the help of surveyor was damaged by the third respondent and hence, he seeks protection from the police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that if the boundaries are surveyed by the revenue authority in accordance with law and for the said survey, any request for police protection emanates from the surveyor, the police will certainly provide protection.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
