ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., for the alleged offences under Sections 279, 304 A of IPC and Section 184 of Motor Vehicle Act in Crime No.104 of 2017.

3.Non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner and apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police, this petition has been filed.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

5.Considering the fact that the non bailable warrant is pending from the year 2007, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court i.e., the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and file a petition to recall the non bailable warrant on the same day.
