Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the Principal Magistrate/Juvenile Justice Board Chennai to consider the bail application of the petitioner's son in Crime No.3197 of 2015 on the file of the respondent herein on the very same day of his surrender before the board.

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Principal Magistrate/Juvenile Justice Board Chennai to consider the bail application of the petitioner's son in Crime No.3197 of 2015 on the file of the respondent herein on the very same day of his surrender before the board.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The relief as claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, the petitioner's son is directed to surrender before the concerned Juvenile Justice Board with sufficient records to show that he was a juvenile on the date of alleged incident.
