O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2015 and monitor the case by 1st and 2nd respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the 3rd respondent as early as on 27.09.2015, but, however, the respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. A perusal of the typed set of papers would go to show that the petitioner has given a complaint on 16.10.2015 by on-line, in which the date of occurrence has been mentioned as 15.10.2015. However, the petitioner has given a complaint on 08.01.2016 to the 3rd respondent, in which the date of occurrence has not been mentioned. The postal receipt of the complaint would go to show that the complaint has been sent only on 21.01.2016.

5. A bare perusal of the typed set of papers, this Court is of the opinion that the correct particulars of the compliant has not been furnished. In such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the jurisdictional police station.
