Mr.A.Gopinath, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after conducting investigation in crime No.483 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, the same was closed as mistake of fact on 30.11.2018. 3.

Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
