ORDER
(Order of the was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The instant petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2, their men, agents or their subordinates not to permit any construction by way of encroachment on the Cart Track Road, Ekkattuthangal, Chennai.

Pursuant to the notice of this Court dated 31.07.2015, the second respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating clearly that there is no proposal for constructing a ration shop or godown or permitting any encroachment on the said cart tract, which is meant for public at large.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that the said cart tract will be maintained with clean environment by the petitioner industry, under the supervision of the Corporation.

In view of the forgoing, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
