ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it transpires that despite the direction of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvannamalai/respondent No.2, the Tahsildar, Thiruvannamalai/ respondent No.3 has yet not caused an inspection to be made of the area in respect of the grievance of the petitioner that part of the pathway has been occupied and constructed upon by respondent No.4.

2. Respondent No.3/Tahsildar, Thiruvannamalai to cause an inspection of the area to be made within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and if any, unauthorised construction is found, take action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned and conclude the proceedings within a maximum period of three months thereafter.
