In para 3 of the affidavit filed in support of W.P. No. 2792 of 2019, the Petitioner has stated that the impugned order has been passed on the complaint given by one Kulandaisamy and K. Subrmani. The said persons have filed this Petition for impleading themselves as Respondents in W.P. No. 2792 of 2019. Since it is admitted by the Petitioner herself that the impugned order has been passed by the Second Respondent on the complaint given by the said persons, the same is ordered.
