Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings recommended by the 4th respondent District Educational Officer (DEO) in Na.Ka.No.1707/A3/2020 dated 13.03.2020 to approve the appointment of the petitioner and quash the impugned proceedings returning the proposal by the 3rd respondent in Oo.Mu.No.3266/B2/2020 dated 14.02.2023, and further direct the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as BT Assistant (History) in the 5th respondent school with effect from the date of her appointment viz., 10.06.2019, and release salary and all attendant benefits with effect from the said date.
