The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 23.11.2016 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to issue patta to her in respect of the lands comprised in S.No.260/6 measuring an extent of Acres 2.67 cents in in Parindhal Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District. 2.

According to the petitioner, the property in question in S.No.260/6 in Parindhal Village measuring an extent of Acre 3.20 cents has been allotted to her by way of a Partition Deed and she sold an extent of 0.53 cents to one Krishnamoorthy and is in continuous and uninterrupted possession and enjoyment of the remaining extent of acre 2.67 cents. Since the entire property covered under the said Partition Deed stands in the name of her husband, Late Natesa Udaiyar vide Joint Patta bearing No.301 till date, the petitioner made a representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 06.10.2010 to the respondent to issue patta in her name in respect of the property measuring an extent of Acre 2.67 cents comprised in S.No.260/6 in Parindhal Village. Since no action was taken on her representation, she sent further representations to the respondent on 08.06.2011 and 27.04.2012. Thereafter, she sent a final representation to the respondent on 23.11.2016. Since no reply is forthcoming from the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2016 seeking issuance of Patta in respect of the subject property, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
