ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to survey the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.124/2A1A1, New Survey No.124/6 of Mohamadiyar Street, Keezh Bhuvanagiri, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore 1/4

District by considering the petitioners representation dated 09.06.2023.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 09.06.2023 with a request to survey the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the lands situated in Survey No.124/2A1A1, New Survey No.124/6 of Mohamadiyar Street, Keezh Bhuvanagiri, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise 2/4

shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
