The Committee has been reconstituted. It is further pointed out by the petitioner that the Members at Serial Nos.6 and 7 no more hold the post and the membership being by designation, the current incumbents should be included. The second part of the grievance made by the petitioner is that when the meetings were held, there is no seriousness to the business, as more often than not the members at Serial Nos.2 to 4 are absent and without them, it is difficult to proceed with the affected work.

2. We direct the mandatory presence of the Officers in the meetings of the Committee and initially the meeting should be held at least once in two months.
