Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking for a direction to the sixth respondent to consider his representation dated 04.05.2017 to rectify the error in the blue print.

3. Considering the limited prayer made in this writ petition, without going into the merits of this case, a direction is issued to the sixth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2017, to survey the lands and to rectify the error in the blue print, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties owning lands adjacent to the property, which is sought to be surveyed and pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
