The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order in I.A.No.28 of 2018 in O.S.No.52 of 2013.
2. The said application has been filed to reject a document which has been marked as Ex.A6. This Court is not going to the details of the merits of the case because the order under revision is a non-speaking one.
3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the said I.A.No. 28 of 2018 should be remitted back to the Subordinate Judge, Gingee for passing a detailed order, after hearing both parties. The learned Subordinate Judge shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
within a month from the date of receipt of the order in the above Civil Revision Petition pass orders in I.A.No.28 of 2018 in OS.No.52 of 2013. Civil Revision Petition is allowed and remitted. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
