ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his men, to resume and complete the ploughing and cultivation works in his patta lands.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.It is seen that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent herein. In this regard, the petitioner submitted the representation on 18.12.2018 and it is pending on the file of the second respondent. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
conduct enquiry, after opportunity of hearing of the counter party namely the third respondent herein and pass orders on merits in accordance with within a period of four weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order.
