ORDER
The present revision has been filed seeking a direction of this Court for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2022 pending before the Subordinate Court, Paramathi.

2. Since the suit is of the year 2022, I have expressed my inconvenience in directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramathi for speedy disposal of the suit. At that time, the learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh revision once the trial commences in O.S.No.42 of 2022. The said statement is recorded. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the civil revision petitioners and the endorsement so made, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move a fresh revision for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2022, once the suit is taken up for trial by the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramathi. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
