This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate and to file final report in Cr.No.420 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the Assistant Commissioner of Police, incharge of E1-Mylapore Police Station, to monitor the investigation in Cr.No.420 of 2015 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
