2. The learned Additional Solicitor General submitted that, in compliance to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13358/2021, dated 28.06.2021, the Department had issued a Sanction order No.193/2021-2022, dated 28.10.2021, sanctioning a sum of Rs.39,650/- towards the payment of TA/DA on transfer from Guwahati Bench to Chennai Bench to the first respondent. To that effect, the above said sanction order No.193/2021-2022, dated 28.10.2021 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench in No.D.20016/3/91-Admn-Vol-II is also produced before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission and the sanction order dated 28.10.2021, this writ petition is closed. If the first respondent is aggrieved over the above order, liberty is granted to him to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. (D.K.K., J.)
