2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered that the first paragraph of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.12514 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 shall read as follows:

"The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in crime No.168 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail."

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in Crl.OP.No.12514 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 after making necessary corrections. Further, the time to execute the sureties before the Magistrate concerned is extended till 17.06.2022.
