This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to RR No.26/2009 (FIR) in O.S.No.24/2009D.I.U on the file of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate for Economic Offence Cases, E.O.I, Egmore, Chennai-8 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in RR No.26/2009, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Jurisdictional Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
