Mr.P.Arumugarajan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondent to implement the directions issued by the District Collector dated 21.08.2018, wherein and whereby, the respondent was directed to locate the Tasmac Shop No.4186, at Door No.63, S.No.200/5, Thiruneermalai Main Road, Pammal, Pallavaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

4. The petitioner is a landlord of the subject matter premises. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent, having taken the said premises on lease from the petitioner for locating the Tasmac Shop No.4186, has not located the same so far, nor they paid the rent to the petitioner as well. It is the case of the petitioner that the District Collector, Kancheepuram District, has already directed the respondent to locate the said shop in the said premises through the proceedings dated 21.08.2018. As the shop is not located so far, the petitioner has approached this Court and filed the present writ petition.

Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent, based on instructions, submitted that the subject matter shop will be located in the said premises within a period of four weeks and therefore, the petitioner need not have any apprehension. Therefore, he submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of, by recording the above said submission.

6. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and considering the submission made on behalf of the respondent as stated supra, this writ petition is disposed of, by recording the above said submission. No costs.
