This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case, on the basis of the complaint dated 05.03.2020 and 09.03.2020 to investigate the same and to file a final report within a stipulated period.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 05.03.2020, the respondent police registered a case and conducted detailed enquiry. After completion of enquiry the same was closed on 26.03.2020.

3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
