This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3322 of 2024 dated 05.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and final report is not filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until final report is filed.
